Skins Discussion

:3 Hey guys, Flexa here. Since I've got a bit of free time on my hands, I think I'll continue making skins for the rest of the pokemon types. You see that we've got a few down, and that they all have one pokemon that they focus on:

Electric - Mareep
Dark - Umbreon
Normal - Eevee
Fire - Torchic

So, I'm looking for ideas for other types, you know, color schemes and whatnot, so that rather than just making the skins how I like, I can make the skins so that you guys will like them as well!
Suggest anything, including what order to do the types in, or what pokemon to base them on! I'm open to any and every idea.

for reference, I'll list the ideas under here:

Flying - Pidgeot, Farfetch'd
Poison - Muk, Toxicroak, Seviper
Psychic - Mew, Lunatone, Gardevoir
Fighting - Hitmontop, Primeape, Lucario
Water - Vaporeon, Gyarados
Grass - Oddish, Leafeon, Bulbasaur
Ghost - Banette, Drifloon, Gengar,
Ice - Glaceon, Spheal, Snorunt
Ground - Cubone, Diglett
Bug - Ledyba, Pinsir, Illumise
Rock - Kabutops, Sudowoodo
Dragon - Dratini, Dragonair
Steel - Mawile, Metagross

Instead of 'Electric - Mareep' how about 'Electric - Pikachu'?

I like the Mareep as it is, because it's simply not always done. Everybody expects a pikachu for electric type, where's the originality in that? Mareep is definitely obviously electric once you see it, yet, I don't believe as many people would choose a Mareep as the center of their electric skin as a Pikachu, or Pachirisu or other well known electric pokemon.

Flying- Pidgeot, or maybe umm...Farfetch'd.

Dragon- Flygon! =D Dratini, or Dragonair (not Dragonite, he's too uh, used).

Fire- Acranine! But I'm biased so um...you could also do...wow, brain cramp...Magma. I dunno.

Ha, well, Flame, as of now, we have a fire skin with a banner. XD I think, though, that eventually we may be able to go back around and create a second skin for each type, to spread out the amount of variety.

Kairi, as for Mew, that's a good idea, though I was thinking more in terms of non-legendary pokemon. Hm. *adds to list*

Hehe, I forgot about that. I use the electric skin myself. So yeah. Ignore that. Lol.

Kairi, you're allowed to suggest as many as you want, but if you have more than one idea at a time, feel free to put them all in one big post. As of now, we're just brainstorming ideas for possible pokemon. :3 After we get a good list, we're going to cut it down.

I think it would be great to make skins on all the Eeveevolutions.

Yeah, eventually, that would be a good idea. I'll add them to the list for future reference, but I don't think a good number of them should be Eevelutions from the get-go. We've already got two of them involving Eevee or its evolutions.

Poison - Muk
Ghost - Banette
Rock - Kabutops

I like the Muk idea. Muk, ever since seeing him in one of the first Pokemon Episodes, has been one of my personal "Must have" Pokemon in any game.

:3 I added a few pokemon to the list, along with yours, Dante. I tried to think up some interesting ones.

Psychic- Espeon?

[Starfire]

Poison- Stunky/Skuntank.
Psychic- Grumpig. Cause he's unloved. X3
Grass- Carnivine.
Flying- Pidgeot and Staraptor together, if possible.
Water- Mantine, Blastoise, Relicanth, Carvanha/Sharpedo.
Rock- Aerodactyl, Relicanth, Kabutops, Golem.

If someone could draw/color them, maybe we could do skins with some of the Airore Fakemon on them.
