That's a custom sprite based off one of the Team Galactic members and another sprite... Customs generally aren't used for bases as that's stealing, although that's different enough to not be stealing xD

Meh, it's a custom edited from a base sprite of an Ace Trainer, or at least as far as I can tell it is.

I need a Card template for playing a Pokemon. Can you make one Starfire? A Pokemon's card, template, not a human's.
