I agree with Birdy. The sprite looks too much like Eevee, and the ears and tail look too flat. No offense intended of course, you just need some pointers. Birdy already offered, but if you want, I could help out as well. :3
As for the problem of a name... It definitely has to end in -eon, because it's an Eeveelution. So... Enteon? Faleon? Uhm... Lureon? Enveon? ((I'm trying to help, but I don't think I'm doing a very good job. |D))

Sorry for double-posting, but I noticed a couple things. First off, why is it called Morteon? Birdy already chose that name for her Eeveelution, and Morteon doesn't really connect with the fact that it's a Normal type. Y'know, "mortify" and all that.
Second, the Pokedex Info can be counted as the Dex Entry. For the Dex Entry though, you can leave out the fact that it evolves at Lv 35.
Other than that, it looks pretty good! :3

That name was in the link, that Birdy gave me when she made the sprite so I thought she wanted me to use that name. I didn't know she had already used it for one of the other ones.

I'm not sure about the Ponyta preevolution, 'cos Ponyta's already pretty foal-like... As for the Lapras evo, I like it. I'll probably make the sprite for it sometime  |

No, I haven't got a problem with the pre-evolution looking too young, I was meaning that Ponyta looks too young to have a pre-evolution! I just really don't think that Ponyta needs one. Besides, I know perfectly well that you're only doing this to try and get a Ponyta without trying to find one in the wild.
