First Suggestion, whoo!

I has suggestion! Well, a few, actually.

1. Do you think we should have a Pokédex, where members can post in Airore-exclusive Pokémon, then have them able to be caught in the wild (and maybe a reward to the creator, too)?

2. Perhaps a board containing extra areas, such as an Adoption Centre, Shrines to Legendary Pokémon, and a Training Area? Oh, and tournaments and contests!

So, what do you think?

Hmm, we could probably have an Airore exclusive dex, if other members wanted to contribute to it. I personally can't draw worth beans, but I could see the appeal of that.
Extra areas are a great idea! I'll go add some of those in right now.

I think it would be cool if the extra areas were able to be excessed at any time from anywhere in the region. Except, say, for the Safari Zone, which you should have a few badges for. I reckon that it would be easier to be able to train the way I saw on another place once, where you make a post and the Pokémon you train gains a level for each good quality paragraph. It's a good way to even out the level difference between a person's Pokémon, and can be great when coming up to a tought gym.

Oh, sorry about the double post, but I just had a great idea on how to get more members in! We should have an Advertising Contest! You know, like, people post links to ads they've put up, and get, say, an item of choice for ten, a random unrare, nonshiny and nonlegendary Pokémon for twenty, and so on.
