Appearance: "When it all comes down to it, appearances are not simply deceiving. They just plain lie." From her strictly Asian face to her quite tiny height, Psycho is the physical manifestation of pure innocence. Where she lacks the classic doe-shaped face and large eyes that captures many her meager 4'8" height makes up for it and she has been considered a fourth grader despite being old enough to attend high school. Her eyes, which are small, hold chestnut brown irises that glimmer with imagination (or is that criminal intent). She has an olive complexion, not tanned nor pale, which is strange because the majority of her time is spent inside on a laptop.
Her hair is quite plain but admired. It is dark raven black but with some brown highlights that have faded to gold long ago. Psycho's hair falls to her mid-back and is strait despite being so long, a fact that many people seem to notice. She herself doesn't quite care about her appearance- Psycho isn't very vain. Psycho's bangs sweep to one side of her face and are white in colour, an affect from the insane creation of this world.
Psycho, in all her deviousness, dresses to look as innocent as possible. Her clothing is typical of a loli, minus the head piece. Psycho dresses in blue, although changes to any other colours as long as it's loli. Her loli-dress looks like it could have been worn by a doll. The torso piece of plain blue but with a white bib, black ribbon crisscrossing across it, and it's laces. Her sleeves are quite normal and fold around her elbows. The bottom is large a puffed, smoothed out with a tangible bell-shape. Psychos wears white stockings with this and, for some reason, no shoes. Another one of the effects of the unbalanced realism here make it so that Psycho can walk barefooted with ease.
Finally, Psycho has one feature about her that makes her stand out in a crowd. Part of her face is tinted blue, around her eyes, giving her the appearance of a blue Zigzagoon.

Personality: "Anything can be faked, from the money in your wallet, the food you eat, and, of course, the way you act." Oh, what folly it is to think that Psycho is that casual little girl! Her sweetness if only equaled by her cunning, the dark grin she wears mistaken for a cheery smile!
Psycho lives by deceiving and making others fail. She takes pleasure in climbing the ranks of society, her sadism as harsh as the fall from power most people she meets finds themselves tumbling through. Guiltless and eager to make her ambition tangible, Psycho's eagerness to please from her more normal life has turned into a burning desire to prove herself. She will not take competition lightly and presses hard to be perfect. This has come to the point where tolerance is simply unnecessary. Psycho can and will go to the extremes to eliminate any possible competition. Failure with be taken with an unnatural lightness. That is, until the one who has beaten Psycho finds that their entire bank account has been hacked into a transferred to some sort of orphanage or something. Psycho might be able to hack into back accounts but she has no need for money. Of course, ambition can destroy a person. Psycho is easily annoyed and can take things a bit too far.
Psycho has an undeniable love for computers and once her criminal mastermind life is over, as she knows it will have to end, she plans to become a computer and information systems manager. She's usually on a tiny laptop she stole years ago, chatting up with random people she doesn't know, and surfing their location or back account. She's made a strong amount of friends on the internet and has stalked quite a number of them. Strangely Psycho never hacks into the accounts of these friends. Perhaps that's some mercy in her?
Psycho, when she's not attempting to manipulate someone into trusting her, is actually pretty funny. Her deep sense of sarcasm makes it easy for her to joke around without a care. She usually makes herself appear sweet and eager to please, and quite enjoys being praised. Of course Psycho's messed up though! Really, why else would she be called Psycho?

History: "Nothing like the present." Psycho's life was, honestly, quite innocent. She was born. She was raised in a family. And, quite frankly, she was annoyed by it all.
Psycho was in eighth grade when she got the feeling of escaping. No one respected her. Her family didn't trust her at all. She just spent her entire life sitting in a dark room, staring at a computer screen because, honestly, what better way was there to enjoy life? at one point she had had enough of all the name-calling, the disrespect, and the fact that she couldn't be who she wanted to be - a psychotic midget - in front of her real life friends. So, to put it in bluntest terms, Psycho ran away with her laptop, cellphone, some essentials, and a bag.
She traveled far and wide. One day she joined a group of hackers and helped them hack into various sites because, well, she was bored, and learned quickly. She decided to hack into a Laboratory so they would give her a Pokémon. Psycho's runaway life had been getting troublesome, what, with her general lack of money, so she decided that training a Pokémon and getting money in battles would help it.
This has lead her to the Professor's Laboratory. She appears to still have ties with her hacker group and talks to them via cellphone text.
