Sunflora was looking a considerable amount weaker after he collapsed to the ground, a furry brown fox having pounced onto his cheast. He groaned, panting as he slowly got up, things swimming slowly- too slowly- into focus. He blinked sharply, regaining a little more focus, and realized that his Defense was being lowered. What? How? Defense doesn't randomly shrink, does it? The Grass type sunflower then spotted that Tori was using a Tail Whip. Ah, that would explain it. He felt a soft tingling, too, as the Leech Seed from earlier gave him back a little health from the Eevee.
The Sunflora then spat out a thick, huge stream of green beads. They were too many to be an Absorb attack, although they'd act just like it; this was a Mega Drain. Reyes wouldn't want this to hit, because then Sunflora would regain health it would would take two attacks rather than one to get him fainted.[/color]

Tori reacted much faster then Reyes, jumping from the incoming attack as fast as possible. Still it wasn't fast enough as she felt her leg go numb, the life drained out of it by the attack. She cried out instinctively before gritting her teeth together and glancing to Reyes, this was personal and she didn't care what he said. Leaping forwards with a tackle at the Sunflora once more, she wanted him laid out on the floor before her. This wasn't fun any more and while she knew this was making her stronger she wanted it over, yet not as a draw as a victory.
She'd settle for nothing less and not that she knew it but Reyes supported her on this as his voice rang out. "Tori use Tackle and end this quickly!" So there she had it, permission to end this as fast as she'd like and she guessed it didn't mean she had to be gentle at all. Something that made her little heart trill for a moment as she continued her attack.

(Wow. This will be nothing compared to Birdy's amazingness, but in the interest of continuing, here I go.)
Even with the strength he had regained from his Mega Drain, Tori's double tackle in quick succession were too much for the flighty grass type. He keeled over at the Eevee's feet, slumped in unconscious defeat. Perhaps he would awake with new and deep insights into the stage of existence. But for now, he served his purpose as training for Tori.
Congratulations, Tori has gained two levels!

Reyes sighed softly as the Sunflora went down, why did it have to turn out this way. Still it was done now and Tori looked stronger then ever, which given how she behaved he knew she'd love. Watching her paw her defeated foe for a moment he chuckled before calling her over. "Tori let's heal you up."
Even as he said that he thumbed a pokeball, considering capturing the Sunflora. It wasn't a pokemon he felt a need to capture however it had fought well and earned his respect, so as Tori bound over to him Reyes threw the pokeball at the downed Sunflora. Watching the ball for a moment he let his attention drift to Tori, watching her as she settled for a few moments at his feet. Quickly he reached into his belt pouch, dragging out a healing potion to use on her once the ball stopped moving.
Kneeling down though he began to stroke her in the mean time. "Well done Tori."
