ooc// Just one more post 'till you've done it! If you do it before the battle's over, I'll put it in a post once Murkrow's been defeated. Also, Eevee won't faint after just one or two attacks, as with Murkrow. Normally I give at least four for wild Pokémon and at least five or six for trained Pokémon.
ic// Murkrow grinned as much as it would be possible to do with a big yellow beak. His attack had hit, and it looked like it had been a rather good strike, too. Oh, happy day! Murkrow cawed out in joy, waving a wing in a taunting manner. He stuck his toungue out, too, blowing a long, loud, rude, raspberry. ~Haha, I hit you! You're too slow, Puffhead!~[/color] he jeered, but it was all too soon. He was so busy laughing and calling Eevee names that he didn't notice that he was using a Tackle attack. Murkrow was hit, thrown into a tree with the force. And with weakened Defense... that wasn't too good. In fact, he would probably be defeated with less offensive moves than usually needed!
Murkrow quickly got back to his feet, not too happy now. He snarled, cawing a cry scary enough to chill the bone. It wasn't an attack, and wouldn't do anything, but it made him feel better emotionally by screaming. Murkrow took off quickly, swooping down at Eevee again in another Peck attack. Since Murkrow's other attack, Astonish, was a Ghost type move, it would have no effect, so that was why the Dark type bird kept using Peck.[/size]

(can you make my Eevee tun into a umbreon on accident? Such as finding the moonstone then Eevee touches it and evolves?)
Asher seeing murkrow use another peck attack yelled to Eevee, "Try to dodge it Eevee." Eevee hearing Asher tried to dodge murkrow peck. Thankfully murkrow missed and hit the dirt.
Asher seeing this started to laugh seeing how funny murkrow looked with his beak in the dirt.
"However this could be a good opportunity to attack." thought Asher. Asher yelled out to Eevee, "Eevee use tackle!" Hearing Asher Eevee aimed at the grounded murkrow slightly laughing, "Who's puffy head now murkrow." Then he jumped at murkrow knowing that this one would most likely hit the murkrow.

ooc// Yeah, sure. And... bam bam baaam! You just earned yourself that Moon Stone! I'll put it in once Murkrow's defeated. Well done, Mew! You're a much better roleplayer now, it's noticable and you've done really well! You've got your reward, but that doesn't mean you should stop making nice posts. I myself tend to make rarer Pokémon appear to better posts 
ic// Murkrow pulled himself upright, spitting out a beakfull of dirt. He shook his feathers out. The fall hadn't hurt him, but he was grouchy at having missed the attack. He stuck his little pink toungue out at Asher. Who was Puffhead now? How dare the Umbreon freak kid insult him! He sneered. ~I'll tell you who Puffhead is. It's Eevee! GAHAHAHAHA-oof!~[/color] he had begun to cackle, but was too busy with his insults that he hadn't noticed Eevee Tackling him. He found himself in the dirt again, and snarled furiously at the fluffy fox. He looked tired now, however. Perhaps another two attacks would get him out. If Eevee used a Tail Whip and Tackle combo, maybe only one more attack. Murkrow knew this and he didn't like it one bit. The Dark and Flying type tried not to show his doubts that he'd win this battle, however. He swooped up and then down again, circling Eevee's head five times from a few feet above, higher than the fluffy Pokémon would be able to reach or jump. Murkrow cawed. Shuppet, still watching beside Asher, looked at the 'morph. ~Kid, I don't think there's much left in Murkrow.~[/color] she said happily. Murkrow himself had decided to take action, swooping lower towards Eevee with a Peck attack ready.[/size]

Seeing Murkrow trying to attack Eevee using a peck attack he shouted, "Eevee try to dodge, again."
Eevee hearing Asher tried to dodge but was to slow. Murkrow hit Eevee dead on making him topple over. Eevee jumped back to his feet and got ready to attack the Murkrow. Asher seeing this called out to Eevee, "Eevee use Tail Whip!" And replied to the Murkrow, "Yep offensive doesn't always work does it?"

ooc// You do know that Tail Whip doesn't hurt Murkrow, right? And attacks that don't hurt a Pokémon, they just lower a stat like Defense, as Tail Whip does, can be used at the same time as a damaging attack like Tackle. That's what I was trying to hint by 'Perhaps another two attacks would get him out. If Eevee used a Tail Whip and Tackle combo, maybe only one more attack.'

After thinking about shuppet's comment, "Maybe if I use a with Tail Whip and tackle murkrow might be defeated." Soon after Asher thought this Eevee recovered from the peck attack and jumped up. Seeing this Asher shouted, "Eevee use Tail Whip then Tackle." To taunt the murkrow Asher said, "Well looks like this battle is almost done, isn't it." A slight smile formed on Eevee face as he got ready to use his combo. |

Murkrow scowled at the taunt, simply sticking his toungue out, the rude gesture his only response. The bird wasn't the happiest of Pokémon. He could see clearly that this battle was about to finish. He watched Eevee intently, taking in his every move. Unfortunately, that meant the Tail Whip, too, and his Defense stat was lowered. The Murkrow wasn't too pleased by this. He fluttered his wings, rising a foot into the air and moving randomly to either side at random speeds. However, Eevee had good judgement, and rather than aiming where Murkrow was, aimed where he would be. The Tackle was spot-on, and Murkrow was flung to the ground, where he lay, clearly fainted.
Murkrow was defeated! Eevee gains two levels!
Shuppet laughed in joy, and the Caterpie on the branch slowly came to it's senses and crawled away. The Ghost type floated closer to Asher. ~Asher, that was really good! You're gonna make a great trainer some day, and you've got your heart in the right place!~[/color] she said in joy. She knew that Asher could catch Murkrow, but did a new trainer know that? Not all of them always did their research. ~Murkrow is fainted, so he's easy to catch. Just through a Pokéball. He might not obey you at first, though~[/color] she advised and warned, wondering if being caught was a way for her to choose her path... maybe she should. But for now, she'd just stick to floating alongside Asher.
At that very moment, a hidden glittering object in the ground lay unseen along Eevee's path. As the fox stepped on the Moon Stone, he began to glow a brilliant white. He was... evolving?![/size]

"Great", said Asher as he looked at Eevee, "that was a moon stone and he is turning into a Umbreon." "Whats happening thought Eevee,"Im getting bigger and taller." Asher slowly made his way to Eevee and asked, "are you ok?" Eevee hearing
Asher replyed, "I think so." Slowly the changes slowed down and Eevee was a umbreon.
Seeing Eevee changes stop Asher breathed a sigh of relief and went behind the bushes to change back to human form. After a while he came out with a pokeball in his hand, looking at the murkrow he threw the ball and it sucked in the murkrow. Seeing that the capture was a success Asher picked up the pokeball and turned to shuppet and inquired "Are you coming with us shuppet." Shuppet replied, "Yes,"but then said, "I'll just tag along I don't want to be In a a pokeball." "Ok," said Asher "I don't mind." Then turning to Umbreon said, "I think we need a name for you, what about, Shadow?" Umbreon replied "Why not." All of them tired from the battle started toward the campsite where they could finish breakfast."

ooc// Sorry, that's godmodding. It's against the rules of roleplaying. Only a mod can say whether a capture was a success or not. They generally will, but you shouldn't say that it did anyway. Also, you can't play as Shuppet. That's godmodding too, because I haven't said you can play as her yet. So just put in something like 'he watched with bated breath to see if the Pokéball had any luck capturing Murkrow. While he watched, he asked Shuppet if she'd come with him.'

(Sorry, bangs head aginst wall and curses himself. Ill nake it better this time, Sorry.)
Asher gasped and noticed that Eevee was turning into a umbreon. "Well," he thought, "at least he wouldn't have to evolve him by himself." Carefully he walked towards Eevee, as soon as he got close enought he asked "Eevee", "Are you ok Eevee, or should I call you Umbreon now?" Umbreon hearing Asher replyed, "Yes, of course I'm ok." he said as the changes slowed down, "and sure, you can call me Umbreon."
Asher breathed a sigh of relife and thought, "Well thats good." After Eevee compleatly turned into an Umbreon Asher quickly changed back into a human in the bushes. After he came out he looked a Umbreon and asked, "Why don't I call you Shadow from now on?" Umbreon thought for a second and replyed, "Yes why not?" Asher turned to the murkrow and pulled out a pokeball, aiming at the murkrow he threw the ball at him.

ooc// Now Eevee has evolved, you'll need to edit your PC. Also, you'll need to add on his levels (he's now on level seven), and any moves learned. I recomend this site; CLICK HERE, but in case you take a bit to figure out where everything is, I can tell you that Shadow hasn't learned any new moves.
ic// The Pokéball absorbed Murkrow right on target, the fainted crow Pokémon not giving any effort whatsoever to bat the capture device aside. The Pokéball shook rather violently once he was inside, for he was struggling like crazy. Finally, however, the Pokéball's shaking died down a little. However, it then jerked about even more- before falling still altogether. The light which had appeared on the button to indicate that a Pokémon was in the process of being caught went out with a soft ping, the sign that Murkrow had been sucessfully caught.
Shuppet smiled. She floated so close to Asher that she was in sense 'sitting' on his shoulder, although she floated several inches over his shoulder. The Ghost type felt that Asher was a good, decent trainer, but... she just didn't quite feel ready to travel with him full-time, in a Pokéball. She looked down the path; she could make out Petal Town. ~Asher... I think I'll travel with you for now, just not in a Pokéball. Well, let's move on to Petal Town, shall we?~[/color] she said with a giggle, leading the way. ooc// Note: Shuppet's still played by me. Asher caught a Murkrow! ic// Shuppet bobbed gently and obediently alongside Asher, and gratefully ate some of his food. It was... why, delicious! The Ghost type was overjoyed at eating such gorgeous food. She grinned. She could get used to this. Well, she supposed that she would have to- at least, for a little bit. The puppet like Pokémon ate her fill, then drifted lazily behind Asher and Shadow, following them on their way to Petal Town. Asher had two options at this point. Would he continue into the town, or look for another wild Pokémon?

Asher scratched his head and thought, "Well what shall it be the forest or the city?" Unable to make up his mind he turned to Shadow and asked, "Where do you want to go to the city or stay in the forest for a while longer?" Shadow tilted his head to the side and tried to make up his mind the forest or the city? Coming to his conclusion he looked at Asher and said, "Lets go to the city." Asher looked at Shadow and shrugged, "Well I did hear that their library has some books on mechanics," and headed twords the town.
