Looking around Asher thought, "Well I hope the library is still open at this time of day." while looking at the moon that was giving the city at silverly sheen. Asher quickly found the pokemon center and entered it continuing up to the counter. Turning to face Nurse Joy he asked, "Can you heal my pokemon? I have them here." he said while pulling out two pokeballs and setting them on the counter. "Good thing I convinced Shadow to go into the pokeball," he thought while Shuppet hovered above him.

Nurse Joy seemed to completely ignore Tuck's question. Instead, she began her usual speech. "Hello, and welcome to the Pokémon Center. We can heal your Pokémon to full health! Would you like us to heal your Pokémon?" she asked, seeing that Tuck's Pokéballs were on the counter. She took them and placed them on a machine, which beeped and lit up before shutting down, Pokémon healed. Nurse Joy took Shadow and Murkrow's Pokéballs out and handed them back to Asher. "Thank you for waiting. We have healed your Pokémon to full health. We hope to see you again!" she said, and it was time for the next person in the que to listen to the dialoge.
When the next person was being served, Shuppet looked at Asher. ~That was odd. 'We hope to see you again'. Does she want to to get injured or something? Well, never mind, Asher; where shall we go now?~

(who's tuck?) As soon as Asher was outside he let Shadow and Murkrow out of their pokeballs. Turning to Shuppet he answered Shuppet's question, "Why don't we go to the library I believe there could be some books that could help me on my robots." he said. (sorry if this is god modding just tell me) Smiling Shuppet nodded. However Asher didn't know where the library was so he turned to the nearest person and asked, "Where is the library," The stranger turned around and pointed to the south. After thanking the stranger Asher started toward the point the stranger pointed.
Soon after a while Asher found the library and went in closing the door behind him, he walked to the nearest computer and searched robots. One entry poped up it read; Robot Building Help, IN, 457. Asher smiled and quickly located the book. He set the book down and pulled out his battered laptop and a orb that fit in his fist.

ooc// Tuck's someone else's character, I must've switched from their thread to yours and got confuzzled, soz.
ic// Shuppet looked at the search curiously. So, Asher was interested in building robots, was he? Well, that would be a difficult hobby. She didn't know much about human technology, but making that sorta stuff sounded extremely difficult. She wondered what he was doing. An orb and a laptop and a book, huh? What? What was the orb for? Was he fixing a laptop or something? ~Asher, what's that orb?~ she asked, sounded both confused and extremely curious.
As for the book, it was an extremely thick volume, and dated very recently; in fact, it had only been published that year. That was good, it meant that it was all using modern technology, which would be better and allow Asher to do more. The contents page told him that a large variety of information was in store for him; starting with 'The Basics; a Brief Robot Analasis' and continuing to other sections like 'Resistors', 'Wires', 'Movement', 'Programming' and so on.

Asher quickly toughed the top of the sphere and it split in half reveling all of its machienery and innerparts. Asher reatching into his backpack pulled out a tiny screwdrive and sone wires. After opening the book to wires he flipped the pages untill he found what he wanted, after looking at the page closely he Nodded his head and pulled out one of the wires from his robot and reconnected it to another wire. Smiling he booted up his computor and closed the sphere, out popped a usb port. After connecting the port to his computor he opened up a file which read robot's programming.
After a bit of reading flipping the pages he came to programing once again he scanned the pages untill he found what he wanted. After looking at the page he thought, "Hummm no wonder the robot didn't work the first time, I had a glitch in the programming. After he fixed the glitch he pressed the button that read uplode to robot thinking, "Hopefully this should straiten the robot out it keept on stopping and allways fell down."
Holding up the sphere to his face he said, "Robot activate," And drooped the ball. Quickly the robot sproted 6 legs and a helicopter roter, slowly it started riseing and hovered in the air. Shadow gapsed , "That little ball was hovering in the air supported by one roter and had some legs protruding from its belly," Even as he thought the robot slowly protruded two small clinders with red glass at the end and started looking around. Wizzing towards shuppet it stopped and examined (is shuppet a he or a she, because I think shuppet is a she) her and rotated around her body. After a few seconds the robot piped up saying, 'Identifed shuppet goast type pokemon, healthly, 2 feet 5 pounds." The best thing about this robot that it could be voice activated in pokespeek or English and it could also be commanded in eaither one.

ooc// She was a she in the last post so she is in this one. Also, you spelt Ghost wrong.
ic// Shuppet seemed fairly impressed. She didn't know too much about robots, but that thing was definately pretty advanced technology. Sensors in sound, movement and light, and a responsive system, too... that must've taken years to make. After all, a lot of that stuff hadn't been fully understood yet, so Asher must've spent ages first imagining it- what was it called, imagineering, right?- studying, working out, planning designing, then more ages soldering and tampering which each part to get it right to the millimeter.
The Ghost type was shocked that the thing had identified her so accurately. She moved around the machine, examining it from different angles. Humans sure were strange creatures. They built things, but what for? She knew things like houses were like dens or caves, and clothes were like fur or feathers, and a number of other things, but stuff like this really puzzled her a lot of the time.
~Asher, I can see this is advanced and you must have spend ages designing and making it, but... what does it do? What's it for?~ she asked curious. She was interested, and wanted to know about this thing she'd just seen her companion finish at last.

(oops i guess my spelling isn't that good sorry)
Asher scratched his head while the robot orbited around Shadow telling his hight weight and the species of him."Well," he thought, "I guess its just used as a pokedex for me." Turning to Shuppet he answered, "Well I guess it is just used to classify pokemon and learn for experience." Soon after he answered the robot started to rotate around Murkrow and doing the same thing it did to Shadow.
However Murkrow became annoyed and tried to attack the robot but it was too swift and dodged his attack, however it got the meaning and went back to ball form and drooped in Asher's hand before Murkrow could get it again. Looking at the ball Murkrow said to Asher, "Come on let it out I want to play with it." Turning to Murkrow Asher replied, "No, it took me much time to make this and I don't want it to be broken, however you can use this protype," he said and pulled out another ball out of his backpack while putting the other back in.
After he pulled it out of his backpack he through the ball at Murkrow which started to hover around him, however after one rotation the robot attacked Murkrow by flying at full speed at him.

ooc// Could you show me the link to the image you want in your signature?
ic// Shuppet nodded. A Pokédex, huh? Weren't all trainers given one when they visited the lab? Meh, maybe this was just a boredom thing. Either way, it was pretty smart of him to construct such a device. Shuppet knew that practicall any electronic could be called a robot, but she preferred to think of humanoid ones as robots. Therefore, she considered this... a device. Yes, that would be good. It looked fairly cool and nifty and useful, too.
She suddenly saw the Device shoot, without warning, straight at Murkrow. What? She was pretty certain it wasn't supposed to do that; Asher would never want anything to harm his own Pokémon, after all. ~Asher, help! How do you make it STOP!~ she screamed as she moved in front of Murkrow. She would save Murkrow, but if Asher didn't stop the Device in time, she'd be hurt.

(i finally got a cool sig yay)
"Oh shoot," thought Asher, "That wasn't Sposa to happen good thing it is a prototype." feeling as if he should slap his head in stupidity. However he remembered the time one of his robots had attacked his uncle and he had to wrestle it to the ground and pull out its battery pack. Always after that he put a remote on and off switch on each of his robots and he believed that he always wore the remotes on his belt (they were small.) He quickly reached for his belt and pulled out on of the remotes. Smiling slightly he clicked the switch, and the robot quickly retracted all of its parts and changed into the ball morph.
Murkrow closed his eyes and dug his feet into the carpet feeling its rough texture and hoping for the best. However nothing came and Murkrow opened his eyes to see the robot in ball form lying on the ground and Asher bending down to pick the ball up.
Turning to Murkrow Asher said, "Well that was a close call," Throwing up the ball and catching it, "I wounder what went wrong?" staring at the ball. Hoping to find out what the problem was he pried open the ball to discover the memory chip was damaged. Looking at the chip Asher pulled it out and thought, "No wounder this chip is badly damaged." and turned to Shuppet and said, "Well that was enough stuff for tonight," putting the book back where it belonged and said "Well why don't we go on to route two now," turning toward the door of the library.

ooc// Kewl.
ic// So, Asher kept his controls on his belt. And he'd said it wasn't a wonder that it wasn't working, because the memory chip was damaged. She didn't know what a memory chip was, but she was pretty amazed that the Device, as she liked to call it, was still working just in a different way rather than not working altogether, or having a part of it not working.
At the Route Two suggestion, she smiled, nodding. Route Two would probably be a good idea; it was, after all, out in the routes that Pokémon like her performed their best.
You may now continue to Route Two.
