Now, I know I just returned and all, but I propose that we do a little something for actual recruits. When a member from another site joins Airore and mentions (put the recruiter's name here), both members should get a little something. Now, I know only the recruiter actually gets something, so why not give the recruited member something to start off with, like some money?
It's what we're doing for our site, Kingdom Hearts FM. As a special promotion, both the recruited member and the recruiting guy/gal are awarded 200 munny. It's a simple way to earn munny for us folks who have been there long enough and actually have a plot idea coming along. For the newer members, it means they hit the ground running with their character, because they can buy all sorts of great equips, items, and upgrades!
So, that's just my idea. If you guys feel like sharing your ideas, feel free to post. If we come up with something that we agree on as a whole site, I can recruit some new members from FM and we can all be happy.
