New Suggestion

I have a great idea. How about Mascots? See, you pick a certain Pokemon you have caught to be your Team's Mascot. That Pokemon always stays outside it's PokeBall, is always with you. You can't put it into the PC either. Plus, it can't ever evolve. Also be warned, the Pokemon you pick as your Mascot will be targeted by Team Chaos a lot. Also, your Mascot Pokemon plays an important role in the plot for your character. Most everything that happens to your character will be something that involes you and your Mascot. Just an idea to make this RPG jump up and be a little bit more entertaining. I know I'm probabbly going to get comments on how this is a bad idea and such. No one ever likes my ideas. If my idea is refused at least do it for my character. Also on your Pokemon list you post your Mascot like this at the bottom of the page, for example:

And no this will not turn characters into Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus. This is just to make each character's plot a little bit more interesting instead of just having us run around blindly everywhere.

If we accept this, it's basically forcing us to pick a Pokemon, keep it out forever even if we don't want it in our party, forcing us to keep it at its current evolution, even if we want it to evolve, and we have to make it part of our plot. Also,

WHAT!? My character's plot is VERY interesting. Better than what most people come up with these days. (No offense to anyone, because I know a lot of people are better than me >.>)

I don't really like this idea either... it just seems too much like the games, you know? Besides, why can't the plot involve your normal Pokémon?

Sorry to be the jerk but why dosent the person who wants to do this with otu giving it a fancy title. Sorry but in my opinion this is kinda a fail idea...
