Who else besides me on here suffers from IBS? I know how terrible this can be. I'm in pain all the time. Plus I can't ever go to the bathroom, cause my bowels don't move right. I've tried mechinies, shots and all types of treatment. Nothing seens to help me. And I'm still in terrible pain all the time. Plus I think my doctors aren't even trying to help me. They keep on sending me here, sending me there with no luck. I'm still having problems. I've done lost my patience with this. I don't know how much longer my body can take it before I just die.

I don't think you can die from it, thankfully... Well, I had a look around the Internet. I found a few things that might be helpful to you. I'll post the links later in the post. Well, apparently it can be caused by foods like dairy or gluten, or possibly stress, and can apparently get worse during periods. Also, it often stops after a few months or possibly even years, so eventually it should go away. Basically, my advice would be to find out what food you ate most recently the next time it gets bad, and avoid eating that food. And get a better doctor. Lol, it would be pretty hilarious if a bunch of kids on the Internet (aka members of Airore) cured you when your doctor didn't, and we've never even met you. Anywho, a little off track there. Give us plenty of details, an we'll hopefully be able to solve plenty of problems. My guess is that by being in pain, you're making yourself stressed, which makes IBS worse, which makes you even more stressed. You should probably take up yoga or some other form of relaxing meditation. Have a massage or something. Oh, and apparently, hugs are good ways of releasing stress, as is stroking pets like dogs or cats. So, my advice to you would be to avoid stress, be hugged, take up yoga and stroke plenty of dogs. And if you feel funny after eating something, don't eat much of that food. Links; www.netdoctor.co.uk/ate/digestiveandurinary/202112.htmlwww.ibstales.com/ibs_treatment.htmI hope this has been useful!

I know what would help me, an electric blanket. But I have no way of getting one right now. Anyone feel like donating one? Plus when I get upset I get ill. I let Pokemon RP forums bother me a lot and I get sick very badly when people online upset me.

Oh, apparently people who eats too much processed food can make this bad. You should eat plenty of home made food, and avoid eating at fast food places. Eat plenty of fruit and veg and other 'roughage'

That might work expect that I don't hardy eat anything at all. And a lot of the time I go for up to two days without eating a single drop of food. Cause I'm afaird to eat most of the time cause whenever I do eat I get ill. Just had a run in with Potato Chips hurting me. Guess I can't have Potato Chips anymore.
Can't have:
Any Candy Spicey Foods Fried Foods Greeseie Foods Fating Foods Cake that's full of Surgar Soda with Caffeine in it Can't have Pure Surgar at all
Darn it! That takes out all the junk food and sweets.

Hm... this sort of suggests that it's some sort of vitamin or mineral which triggers/prevents this. From the looks of that list, Ko, it seems it's some sort of E number.

I know I suffer from IBS Real bad. I'd say stress is one of the vital points which causes it. So yeah, go stress-free! woo.

I try but the back of my mind doesn't agree with me, and then I get headaches from it cause the front of my mind is thinking good happy thoughts while the back of my mind is stressing out.
I think I may have found a cure for this. Only eat liquid and soft foods.
