Asher shivered as he walked into Sage town and pulled on a jacket, the cold really didn't bother him because of his high metabolism but he was sorta cold so he put on the jacket and walked into the pokemon center. Placing his pokeballs on the counter, surprised that there was one extra pokeball. Now where had that came from? He was sure that he hadn't had it before.

ooc// By the way, the reason I made it two extra Pokéballs is because there's one from your birthday as well as Christmas.
ic// The Nurse Joy at the counter was smiling her usual, creepy smile. She didn't bother asking whether he wanted his Pokémon healed, since he had already placed the Pokéballs on the counter. She slotted the six capture devices into a machine, which hummed, making the spheres glow gently. The Pokémon inside would now be healed nicely, and she took them off the machine and handed them back to Asher, smiling. "Your Pokémon have been returned to full health. Thank you for waiting. We hope to see you again!" she said, before turning to the next customer.
On closer inspection, the two new Pokéballs had little stickers on them. Two each, in fact. The first new Pokéball had a little Santa sticker and a white sticker reading in tiny words 'Merry Christmas, you've been a good boy', the other having a sticker of party balloons and another reading 'Happy birthday!'. How mysterious; Christmas and birthday gifts.

occ/ its ok also sorry for the wait i was grounded again and couldn't post about it.
Asher shrugged, "Well I might as well see what I got," and opened the pokeballs. The flashes of light formed two pokemon, a Magby and a Plusle. The Magby started shivering in the cold air and the Plusle looked up at Asher and asked <Who are you? You don't look competently human.>
Asher blinked in slight surprise, the Plusle was a bit inquisitive than other people, so he answered, "Asher and it isn't my fault that I look this way I'm a pokemorph," The Magby shivered again and asked Asher <Can you put me back into the pokeball? It's really cold out.> Asher nodded and put her back in the pokeball. Looking down he saw the Plusle on his leg looking up at him and the Plusle asked <Mister I'm board lets do something.>
Asher looked at the Plusle observing that it just started running around him and was asking <Come on mister I'm board>

There were a number of things to do that might stop little Plusle's boredom. There were a number of parks about which looked quite interesting. They had a thin layer of snow on the ground, and might be a good place for a snowball fight or something, but not so much a stroll and a sit-down; the benches were all covered in wet snow, too. There was a PokéMart nearby as well, where Asher could go if he wanted to top up on basic supplies like Potions and Pokéballs.
Then there was another option. There was a gate which led to the racetrack. This could be a lot of fun. Of course, if Asher wanted to enter, he'd need to pick a Pokémon big and strong enough for him to ride on or pull him on a sled, but it would be fun none the less. Of course, if he entered in a team race, his Pokémon wouldn't have to pull anything. So, where would Asher go?

occ/ Ok, can you explain the races?
After the Plusle had ran around his legs two times Asher made his decision he would first go to the PokéMart then the either the races or the park to get this pokemon to calm down. Reaching down he caught the energetic Plusle and held him up to his face. Looking at him he said, "Ok look I need to get some supplies at the PokéMart then we can go to race or to the park," then noticing that the Plusle was a bit short of breath he opened his hand and balanced him on his palm and continued on, "you can come with me in my backpack or on my shoulder if you promise to stay there, or else I will put you in the pokeball when I'm buying stuff, ok?"
The Plusle nodded and ran up his arm and into his backpack which he slipped into. Looking back at the Plusle, Asher walked towards the mart.
When Asher approached the mart doors opened silently and closed after him. Pulling out a small list of things that he needed, 2 potions, 3 pokeballs, a antidote, and if possible a Shadow ball TMs. After finding all of this stuff, (The Plusle was keeping to his word) Asher went to the checkout counter and put down all the items that he had on his list, and pulled out his wallet waiting for the grand total of the amount of money he had to pay.

ooc// There isn't much to explain. Basically, single races are raced against all the other single racers, and you have one Pokémon and that Pokémon has to have you riding on its back or behind. Team race you have to use as many Pokémon as the other team has and they don't have to carry you. And, er, they run around a track. Simple.
ic// The clerk watched as a 'morph with a Plusle in his backpack and a Shuppet following him took a few things off the shelves. Did he know that he had a Plusle in his backpack and a Shuppet following him? Probably, but it was still pretty unusual. She supposed that Asher must have simply picked Shuppet up along the way, some sort of tag-along Pokémon. Whatever, that wasn't her business. Her business was to work out how much money Asher needed to pay her.
Since she had been a clerk for a while, she knew what she was doing and was well practiced at finding out the cost of the items. Let's see... three Pokéballs; $300. Two Potions; $200. An Antidote; $200. The TM Shadow Ball; $1,500. Well, that wasn't so hard. "That comes to a total of $2,200, please." she told Asher, waiting for the money to be given to her.

occ/ thanks I was just wondering
Asher looked into his wallet and pulled out $2,200 in cash and handed it to the cashier and took the bag with the items in it and walked out the door which opened and closed quietly behind him. Going out into the snow, he shivered in the change in temperature and motioned the Plusle to get out of the bag, as he put it on the ground. After he got out he put the items in the bag and let the Plusle get back in and then put the bag back on.
As soon as that was done Asher turned to the Plusle and asked, "Do you have a name?" Answering the Plusle said, <Well where I come from they call me Pulse.> "Well," said Asher, "does going to the races sound like a good idea for you?" <Yep, that is a great idea!> said Pulse. Asher replied by saying, "Well we better get going because the sun is starting to go down and I don't know if they do nights," and then asked, "Can you get my map of the city out of my bag?" Pulse replied with a hurried ok then dived into Asher's back and seconds later pulled out a flod map that Asher unfolded. Staring at it he said, "Well if we are here then the race track is that way," and putting the map back in the backpack started towards the races.
