(The}The(Three}Eggs{Little}Hatch{Eevees}

As the man disappeared into the distance, a faint twitching came from Kairi's backpack. What could that be? It was followed shortly afterward by a loud cracking sound. Oh, her eggs must be hatching! If she checked, the one she recieved from Sulteron seemed to be in more of a rush to hatch than the others. What would Kairi do about these eggs, then?

"Oh! My eggs!" Kairi said, as she opened her bag. They were starting to creak up. The egg she got from Sulteron seemed to be in much more of a hurry then the others,"I better get to the Pokemon Center and fast," Kairi said zipping her bag back up. Pikachu jumped up onto her shoulder, Shaymin was still in the bag with the eggs and Shiva was still in her PokeBall.

+Thanks for saving my life Kairi. I never knew, anyone expestly a human would go as far as to offer there life in exchange for mine,+ Shaymin said, from within Kairi's bag,+So, is it true? Do you love me?+ Kairi grinned as she ran,"Yes, I do. I care about you very much Shaymin." Kairi grinned. Shaymin could just feel the girl's happiness from within the bag. And it wasn't just because her eggs were about to hatch either.

Anyway, Kairi ran into Brown City and up to the Pokemon Center. She ran though the doors and up to the counter, breathing very hard from her long run,"Nurse Joy, could you take a look at my Eevee eggs here? I think there getting ready to hatch," the girl says, taking out the three little shiny Eevee eggs and placing them on the counter.

Just then senseing something was getting ready to happen, Shiva popped out of her PokeBall. She wanted to see her little babies hatch first hand. Plus, since she was already at the Pokemon Center if she wanted to carry the Eevees with her, Kairi could go ahead and do a little exchanging before the Eevees hatched.

Kairi ran over to the PC, and put Flame, Nana and Woopie in storage so that she could carry the new Eevees with her. Her, Pikachu, Shaymin and Shiva then went into the backroom to see the eggs hatch. Shiva was a little bit nervous, and who could blame her. After all about two of those eggs hatching were her babies right? "It'll be ok, Shiva. Calm down," Kairi said as she scratched her behind the ears. She seemed to calm down a lot from Kairi's touch. Kairi waited for Nurse Joy to bring the eggs back there. They'd be hatching any minute now.

OOC: I think that's where Nurse Joy would take them to hatch.

ooc// Nurse Joy didn't take them anywhere yet, since you can't play her. To save time, I'll just pretend they're still at the counter.

ic// Nurse Joy looked at the eggs. Er... this was a bit of an awkward situation. The line was building up behind Kairi, and eggs could take some time to hatch. She just didn't have the time when there were more people to serve, and besides there was pretty much zilch she could do anyway. "Well, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your eggs... they should be fine, I'd advise you to go over to the trainer corner where there's lots of space. If there's a problem, just tell me. I can't do much more; I've got to keep this place running." she told Kairi, pointing towards the trainer corner where there was plenty of room for even the largest of Pokémon among the sofas.

The eggs were progressing further in the hatching stage, but Kairi shouldn't overreact yet again. After all, it was perfectly natural for them to hatch, and Shiva should know how to care for the two that were her own cubs and even the one which wasn't. They should probably move over to the trainer corner so the cubs had room to move around when they hatched.

OOC: I'm confused. All other RPGs never let the roleplayers hatch the eggs. But I guess Kairi can because she's a Breeder. I almost forgot that myself, hehe, that when I signed her up I made her a Breeder.

When Nurse Joy didn't do her job and bring the eggs back into the room, Kairi came back to the counter and saw the line forming,"Well, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your eggs... they should be fine, I'd advise you to go over to the trainer corner where there's lots of space. If there's a problem, just tell me. I can't do much more; I've got to keep this place running." She had pointed out to Kairi.

"Nah, I don't want other trainers staring at our eggs while they hatch. It's making Shiva, my Glaceon nervous here," Kairi said. She pointed to Shiva who had started shaking again,"I'll just take them up to one of the big bedrooms," she said as she carried her eggs upstairs and into a bedroom, that appeared to have tons of space. She locked the door.

Well, Kairi guessed this was something she'd have to get used to, she supposed. After all, she is a Breeder right? She made a little soft palet on the floor, and laid all three eggs there, so that they'd have a soft place to hatch. Shiva had calmed down at once, now that they were alone with the eggs, away from all those other people who had been watching them. Now, all they had to do was wait. Kairi, Shiva, Pikachu and Shaymin sit by the eggs watching and waiting.

ooc// Or maybe this isn't those other sites? After all, it's for the trainers to bond with their Pokémon at early stage. I was allowed to hatch my own, so everone else is.

Nurse Joy made no objection as Kairi walked into one of the unoccupied hotel rooms the Pokémon Center offered. After all, many Pokémon liked to hatch their children in private, although she could see that Shiva's relationship as a mother only extended to two of the eggs. To the third, she seemed to be more of a... prospective friend? Whatever. Joy continued her job of healing Pokémon.

By now, the eggs were almost completely hatched. Eyes, paws, and ears were starting to poke out in places, and the shells were cracked all over and covered in holes. The Eevees were calling for their mother, except for the one Kairi had recieved from Sulteron. That one seemed to be more intependent and grown up. It seemed it would be Shiva's job to help them that last step out their eggs.

Kairi noticed that, the eggs were almost hatched now. She saw the ears and tails poking out. She heard Splash and Smokie calling out to Shiva, there mother. But Blade remained quiet as ever. She figured Blade was just trying to act like a tough male Pokemon. She knew sometimes boy Pokemon like to act tough. Shiva bent down and pulled the rest of the egg shell off of her two babies helping them out of the eggs.

Kairi grabbed onto Blade's egg, as she pulled the shell apart. The three little Eevees tumbled out onto the floor, with a little noise of,"Veee." Kairi grinned at the babies,"Awww, how cute." Right away, Splash and Smokie ran to there mother wanting her warm milk. Shiva laid on her side as the babies drank. Kairi pulled out a baby bottle and filled it with warm milk and fed Blade, while Shiva fed Splash and Smokie.

After the babies got done drinking there milk, Kairi decided to go ahead and evolve them. But she'd need to buy the stones from the Mart first. She wanted Blade to be a Leafeon, Splash a Vaporeon and Smokie a Flareon. So, she grabbed up the small Eevees in her arms. Pikachu and Shaymin decided to wait for her at the Pokemon Center and relax.

But, Shiva still followed her, cause wherever her babies went she went. So, Kairi went into the Mart and up to the Evolution Counter, carrying the three Eevees in her arms,"I'd like to buy a Leaf Stone, a Water Stone and a Fire Stone please," she told the woman at the counter. She pulled out $2,400 dollars and handed it to her.

There was only one person working in the Mart at that moment; it was a slow day, so there was no need for any more. She smiled warmly at Kairi, glad to be seeing another person. There was a magazine on the desk, but she hadn't been reading it; she'd been playing with her pet Pokémon, an Igglybuff. She frowned as she saw that Kairi hadn't actually got the items. Well, that was annoying. Weren't the trainers supposed to just come up here and pay?

"I'll get them for you, then. They're not that hard to find!" she said, trying to be polite about it as she got up, Igglybuff clinging to her shoulder as she walked out from behind the counter. She made her way to a shelf in the area people could browse laybelled in huge red letters over the top of it with the words 'Evolution Items', and picked up the three selected stones from it. "See? Easy. Well, thanks for your purchase." she nodded, walking back behind behind the counter and putting the money in the till. The stones now belonged to Kairi.

Kairi had noticed that, there, was only one person at the counter. She saw Igglybuff,"What a cute Pokemon," she grinned as she patted the Igglybuff on the head. She giggled when it started acting clingy to it's trainer,"I'll get them for you, then. They're not that hard to find!" Kairi waited, until she got back and handed her the Leaf, Water and Fire Stones,"See? Easy. Well, thanks for your purchase."

"Thanks a lot," Kairi grinned. She took the bag and went back to her room at the Pokemon Center. She stood the three Eevees in front of her and used the Leaf Stone on Blade the male Eevee, and the Water Stone on Splash while she used the Fire Stone on Smokie. There was a blinding flash of light as all three Eevees evolved. There before Kairi stood a Shiny Leafeon, Vaporeon and Flareon. She recalled all expect Blade who seemed interested in Shiva a little. She just turned her head,"Glace!" Blade looked disapointed,"Don't worry Blade, Shiva will warm up to you," Kairi giggled. She then left with her Pokemon heading towards the gym.
