I'll work on this a bit later.
Okay, I know the history is CRAP, but that's the best I can do with such an innocent character. No violent past makes for, well, a short one.
Per usual, I'll be updating her bio with important events and the like. :3

Appearance:
Katy is the perfect picture of an innocent young girl. Her chocolate-brown hair is usually done up in a ponytail, and her bright red eyes are always warm and happy. Her clothes are simple, a green skort (the skirt with the shorts under it) with a white tank top, along with a scarf the color of a Butterfree's hands and feet, and plain red shoes. She usually uses the scarf to hide things (such as candy) for later, and is often seen taking something out to snack on.
Since Katy is a Pokemorph, albeit a young one, she does have Pokemon traits. The red eyes of a Butterfree for one, and the wings and antenna of a Butterfree for another. Her wings seem to be slightly too big for her, but they have to be, for her to be able to fly. Her antenna are like that of a normal Butterfree, but aren't really used for anything (Katy says she can't figure out how to use them, anyway).
Katy is usually seen using her wings to fly, even if it's just a foot or so above the ground. She's very active, and will often switch between running and flying, especially when chasing Arjay, a little Viecoon that's been with her as long as she can remember.
Personality:
Perky, peppy, happy, giddy, excited. These are all things Katy shows off on a daily basis. She's almost never quiet, and can't stop bouncing around. Nothing seems to get her down, unless it's serious, and if Katy gets upset, it's a good idea to listen to what she has to say. She has a childlike mind, but she's perceptive. It's hard to lie to her, at least without her knowing. Katy's very truthful and open, and loves helping people with whatever she can.
However, as was said earlier, she has a childlike mind, so she's somewhat easy to manipulate. Offer her a bag of candy and you've won her over. Though, her stubbornness might make you wish you hadn't. Along with playing around, one of her favorite things to do is just annoy the ever loving CRAP out of people.
She's very bookish and loves learning, whether it's about Pokemon or how to fix a doorknob. If it's interesting in the slightest, Katy will want to know about it. Her favorite subjects are food (especially frozen treats), fantasy (she prefers the dragons over the knights though), and of course, Pokemon.
History:
Katy has led a relatively normal life. She had both her parents to take care of her when she was little (a Beedrill and a Butterfree morph respecively), and even had an older brother to look after her when her parents weren't around (a Kakuna morph). She spent most of her days running around without a care in the world, along with her Viecoon, Arjay, who'd been in the family for as long as she could remember.
Her parents owned a large piece of land, so there was always a nice big field to run around in and have fun. Nothing ever bothered Katy as long as she was in her little haven. Katy was also home-schooled (though at the time she hadn't known that it was because her parents were concerned about any negative influences about being a morph in a group of humans). That was the start of her reading interest. After she got through her first year of home-schooling, she started devouring books, page after page after book after book.
When she was a little older, she started learning about everything Pokemon. What different kinds there were, all the different types, the various moves, everything. This inspired her to become a Pokemon trainer.
But since she was always wanting to learn something new, she decided not to head to the other regions, and instead chose to head for Airore, where there still seemed to be quite a few mysteries hidden away.
And that's where we find Katy today, happily on her way to becoming a Pokemon Trainer.

Katy often has a thin cloud of spores hanging around her due to her wings. While they don't do a thing to her, don't be surprised if you become drowsy by being near her.
