It was nearing night as the small group arrived in town. The many strange people and pokemon they had met along the way delayed them, but the time didn't matter. Kiku couldn't help but grin as she remember the small events that had happened in the forest. Assisting Romeo and Juliet, nearly biting the head off of some creep, meeting the strange Sody, and matching two new pokemon. Yes, it had been a great start.
The street lights flickered on as she pranced into town, a bounce still in her step. Akemi trotted next to her, Malia precariously perched atop the Eevee's head, flapping her wings every-so-often to prevent herself from falling. Elizabeta, the new Vulpix, was quietly walking next to Kiki (as close as she could be, without getting stepped on.) Her eyes traversed the town. ,So, this is the city, huh?> Elizabeta quietly squeaked. <I've always wanted to see one... It's not as scary as I thought.>
Kiku giggled at her shy companion, and flicked Elizabeta's ear with her tail. "We can't stay long though. We're going to stop by the Pokemon center and Pokemart, and leave." A giddy grin appeared on her face, and she thrust her arms into the air."Hurray for camping!" She yelled. Elizabeta cringed slightly. <Kiku...> She whimpered. <You're being so... noisy... People will stare.> She folded her ears back, looking up at the Pokemorph, who continued grinning and giggling. She shrugged, and continued walking in the direction of the PokeMart.
The automatic doors slid open with a hiss, and Kiku hopped into with a loud "YEAH!". Akemi instantly scampered off to examine the store's wares, Mailia still hanging onto her head. Elizabeta sighed once more, and followed Kiku as she approached the counter.
Her red eyes began to scan the list of items, and her ears would twitch every so often. After a few moments of looking, counting and examining the amount of money she had with her, she grinned. "Awesome! I know just what to get!" [/color][/blockquote] |
