(Oh, I forgot to mention. For defeating the Tailow, Fairo gains 3 levels. He also learns Ember.)
The next creature to walk down the path was not a pokemon. It was a man, dressed in a white coat to show he worked at the lab. At least, it must have been white at some point. Grass and dirt stains were splotched up the sides of the coat, and the man's black hair was disheveled as though he had been working hard outside. His eyes were hidden behind large, thick glasses with reflective lenses that covered a good portion of his face. His cheeks were flushed, and he was muttering to himself. His foot swung forward as he kicked a rock, sending it rolling toward Sulteron. It was then that he noticed her.
"Oh, hello trainer. I didn't see you there." He smiled, though the gesture lacked any warmth. He perked up immediately, apparently pleased to find her here. "How are you today? Is that your fine Charmander there? He is a lovely specimen. And such a pretty color too." He shoved his hands in his pockets, walking closer to her. He didn't really seem to want answers, because he didn't give her time to say anything. "It's fortunate I met you. I have a problem, and a trainer like you is just the person to help me. See, I'm part of a little pokemon group... a sort of fan club, if you will. We are out to research all about legendary pokemon." He hesitated, looking over at her to judge her reaction. "The problem is, we don't have very many members. We need someone like you. It wouldn't be much of a burden. You could continue on your journey and relay us information and such. You would be... rewarded richly for anything you discovered."
