ooc// Yeah, I was intending Shaymin to help 'em out if Kairi's Pokémon gets injured after a few turns of battling.

ic// Munchlax saw what Kairi was doing. The stupid girl was trying to get the food while not harming her dumb Pokémon! Munchlax's mouth twisted in hate as his brain thought up all these offensive words. Stupid... wimpy little girl... weak Pokémon... cutesy but terrible... and so on. The fat Pokémon stood in front of Kairi as she reached for the food, glaring at her.

The Pokémon then looked at Shiala. The shiny Glaceon seemed to be an even match for him. Perhaps... yes. That would work. Munchlax made signals to Kairi, clearly meaning "I'll give this food back only if Shiala can defeat me." Haha, like that would ever happen. Shiala would probably need... oh, a little help... the scent of freshly cut grass grew stronger, as though an unseen force wanted to make sure that Shiala battled all right.

[Kairi]

(Shiva's in her PokeBall. My idea for your idea was even better. I thought instead of her Pokemon getting hurt, she gets hurt. And that makes Shaymin help her cause it realizes that Kairi's very kind to risk so much to help a Pokemon in need.)

ooc// But... but... you didn't say they were in their Pokéballs! Man, it's really confusing modding you some times! And no offense, but that is so cheesy. Anyway, aren't mods allowed to say what happens with the things they're modding rather than the members?

OOC: But your doing it in a way that's very hard for me. Like your trying to force me to have to fight. A trainer doesn't have to fight all the time you know.

ooc// -sigh- None of my other threads need a whole chat about every post I make. Also, the entire point of a trainer is to battle and train Pokémon, not just collect them. Anyway, it's supposed to be the mod who decides a lot of what happens in a thread, not the member. Seriously, it does apply to everyone, I'm not just having a go at you in perticular. If you take a look at every single other thread on this entire site, you'll see that the mod can make stuff happen. Also, I just had an even better idea as to what could happen! It follows the whole 'Kairi's kind' idea, but in a more original way. I won't tell you what it is, it'll be a surprise.

The Pokémon stayed there, not moving. If Kairi were to move, he moved with her, to ensure that she wouldn't get through. He seemed to be very passionate about keeping this food. The scent of freshly cut grass grew stronger, as though an unseen force was watching over Kairi.

[Kairi]

"Please let me though! This Pokemon is hungry. Your not being very fair," Kairi says, tears following from her cheeks,"Don't worry Azurill. No matter what it takes I'll get your food back," Kairi says. She takes a few steps backwards and takes a running leap jumping over the Munchlax and running towards the food as fast as she could.

Tears? Hmf, this little girl was desperate and gave up hope too easily. Munchlax smirked, although his eyes told a different story. They seemed... they seemed to be hiding something. Some sort of sadness. Munchlax grabbed Kairi as she made a dash for the food, pushing against her with all his strength. He did seem desperate himself... a tear actually rolled down the 'tough guy' Munchlax's cheek, although he seemed to not want Kairi to know. It was as if he didn't want Kairi to know something, and it was clear that his very soul was in this battle. OK, even a Munchlax wouldn't be this protective over food. Something was definately up. Something had happened. But what? Would Kairi ask Munchlax? He was very upset, heart-broken, even.

[Kairi]

Kairi fell to the ground onto her face. She got up. Her nose was bleeding. But she seemed to not notice it as she saw a tear falling down Munchlax's eye. Something was up here. A Munchlax normally wasn't this protectie of it's food uhless.....,"Munchlax tell me the truth. This food. It isn't for you is it? Some other Pokemon, a powerful one at that prussed you to do this. What Pokemon is behind this? Tell me, and I'll put a stop to it. That Pokemon will never bother you and the others ever again," Kairi begged the Munchlax to tell her the whole truth.

[Birdybot]

Munchlax nodded weakly to the first part, his eyes clouding with tears again. The second part made him look rather offended, and he shook his head. Tell her? Share... share his saddness? Well, he couldn't have much to loose... the trainer seemed kind hearted, so hopefully she'd be good... He called out in a loud, urgent voice, something in Pokémon language.

Another Munchlax stepped forwards, followed by another. They were both small and wide-eyed, definately baby Pokémon. Following behind them was a female the same size as the male. In her arms... was another baby, smaller than it's siblings. It was lying very still, and had beads of sweat over it's forehead. In it's mother's arms, it tossed, crying out. Munchlax was quick to be at it's side, muttering soothing words. He looked up at Kairi. He was indeed using the food to feed someone else. His child was very sick. He made signs to Kairi to tell her that he needed to provide for his family, and that he desperately needed to heal his child. The scent of grass grew stronger, mingled with flowers. It was as though the unseen force wanted to see if Kairi made the right decision... whether she would help Munchlax heal his dying child or not. After all, something could always be worked out, right?

[Kairi]

Kairi got worried when she saw the hurt baby Munchlax,"I think I can help out here," Kairi says hoping the Munchlax will trust her. She pulled out a Potion out of her bag and walked over to the hurt baby Munchlax. She sprayed the stuff onto the baby. Just then Shiva and Pikachu popped back out of there PokeBalls,"I thought I told you guys to stay in your PokeBalls," Kairi sighed. She hoped Munchlax wouldn't feel treatened by Shiva and Pikachu. Right away Pikachu knew what was going on and walked over to Munchlax,<Don't worry. My trainer is here to help.> Pikachu said trying to reasure Munchlax that everything was ok.

[Birdybot]

The sick Munchlax whimpered, regaining concioussness as the Potion took effect. He had strength now, true, but he wasn't cured. He had a terrible fever, and his eyes where terribly bloodshot. He shuddered involuntary; a sign that perhaps he'd go into spasm or have a fit or something. The mother cried out, distraught, but felt deeply comforted by the fact that the trainer was here for them. Kairi needed to get help, though. A young kid trainer wouldn't be able to cure a Munchlax this deathly sick! She needed to get help... the scent was stronger still, as if waiting, anxious. Kairi couldn't leave the Munchlax; what if something happened that required a human's strength or thumbs? Her best bet was to yell, and hope that someone would hear. The two other babies began to wail, but the parents couldn't tend to them.

[Kairi]

"I have no choice then. Pikachu, Shiva this is what an Oran Berry looks like. They've been known to cure fevers. Go find some will you?" Kairi says showing the two Pokemon the picture,"I have to stay with the Munchlax. They need me."

Pikachu and Shiva nodded and grabbing a sag from Kairi ran off together to search for the berries. Kairi really hoped Oran Berries grew around here. She got a wet washcolth and put it on the baby Munchlax's forehead and also wrapped it up in a blanket to try to keep it warm. She sit there holding it in her lap as she waited for her Pokemon to get back.

(My Pokemon's POV)

Pikachu and Shiva were searching everywhere with no luck,<Maybe we should spit up, Shiva. We'll cover more ground that way,> Pikachu suggested. <I don't think that would be such a good idea, Pikachu. Your at a very low level. What if a wild Pokemon attacked you?>

<Nah, wild Pokemon normally only attack other Pokemon when there with humans,> Pikachu repiled. <I still say we should stick together. Some Pokemon can be real bullies,> Shiva warned. So Pikachu and Shiva continued looking, hoping they'd find the Oran Berries soon.

[Birdybot]

When Shiva and Pikachu had left, Kairi being on her own to search for Oran Berries, a strange breeze picked up. It seemed to be... otherworldly, even. It was out of place, yet seemed like a normal breeze. Floral, delicious scents were carried on it, too. No visable change happened other than Kairi's hair being picked up and a few leaves rustled. However, there was a heard change. A voice, a sweet voice. +Kairi... Kairi Hill... You are pure at heart and soul, yet I am afraid that Oran Berries will not work... you need more than just things to give back strength... you need a healer... like me. Will you call for me, Kairi? Greet me, let me heal Munchlax? I am afraid you will become obsessed with capturing me... Well? Will you let no harm come?+[/i][/color] the voice asked. Would Kairi accept, and this strange thing with flowery, grassy smells heal Munchlax? Or would she say no and Munchlax would not be healed?[/size]

[Kairi]

Kairi knew that voice though. She reconized it right away,"Yes, I need your help Shaymin. Don't worry I won't try to catch you. I just want to be your friend," Kairi repiled. Pikachu and Shiva heard the strong wind and came running back. Little Pikachu was picked up by the strong wind and almost carried off if it hadn't been for Kairi,"Return Pikachu!" She called. Pikachu was zapped back into his PokeBall. Kairi and Shiva then stared up at the sky waiting for any signs of Shaymin.

(OOC: Here's another idea. Even though your the mod and you decide what happens I figured no harm in me giving ideas every now and then. I was thinking you know how your character got Suicune right? It just decided to join her and travel with her until they got to her home. I was thinking maybe Shaymin could do the same thing. Travel with Kairi until they get to her home, which by the way I think is much farrder away then Suicune's.)

ooc// Maybe, that's what I was intending. Also, I was intending Shaymin to make a surprising entrance, and Kairi wouldn't recognize it's voice because she's never heard it's voice before.
