occ/ here we go first post as a mod
For the most part the wood was silent after Connor's battle, but after a few minutes went by a cry ripped the forest's quiet session. Seeming to come form a few feet away behind some bushes. Seconds later startled pidgeys and pidgeottoes flew from the trees in droves frightened by the cry. A few seconds later the forest was silent then the cry ripped the air again sounding even more tortured than the last. What would Connor do would he investigate the noise or stay put?

occ/ sorry birdy i press modify and typed in my post...but i submitted it then figured it out, so i cout my post and put it here sorry...
There beyond the bushes was a Whismur who was releasing it's signature wail which was as loud as a jet plane. If you took a closer look you would notice that the Whismur was cut in several places and had a couple of bruises. After noticing Connor the Whismur started to lower the volume of its cries until they came to a halt. Soon after it started to sniffle once again and started to say <Bad Men, The Bad Men Took Mommy and Daddy Away, Where Could They Take Them, I'm So Scared, I Want My Mommy And Daddy back.> Then started to cry softly at first but then the volume of the cry started to increase in volume and pitch.

ooc// You gonna let Connor see the albino Ho-oh encounter he earned from the advertising contest? Also, did you earn a legendary encounter from the advertising contest I should know about?
ic// Connor blinked. A Whismur? Not his favourite Pokémon, admittedly. He wouldn't want to catch it, but of course he'd help it. As it mentions bad men, his fists clenched, his teeth gritted and his eyes narrowed in extreme fury. This sounded an awful lot like the bad men who had thought it would be a good idea to kidnap children and legendaries. The same who'd given him his wings. They'd killed kids. Killed them, failed experiments with their genes just going poof in front of his very eyes.
Hinote nudged Connor. ~You OK?~ the Growlithe asked, confused. Connor blinked, then nodded. "Just... memories." he said. Hinote understood. The Ho-oh 'morph knelt down next to Whismur. "Whismur, I understand. I was taken away from my parents by bad men, so will do whatever I can to help you. Promise. Please, lead me to where these bad men are. If you don't know, tell me which direction they went and I'll try tracking them." he said firmly.

occ/sorry i didn't remember about your encounter until now but don't worry ill make this go to the encounter kk. Oh and nope to the legend encounter
Turning to Conner the Whismur said <They went through the bushes before they koed me and took my parents> and almost as an afterthought added, <They also had a big pretty bird that they had netted not to long ago, before I saw them I heard them talking about how clever they were at netting it.> Then getting up from its sitting position, the Whismur made a slow and seemingly pained walk through the bushes that he pointed at. After turning around to look at Conner he parted the bushes and walked through the bushes.

ooc// Cool. You don't have to worry about the albino sprite, I can manage that. I'll make sure that if you do earn a legendary encounter, I'll give it to you.
ic// Connor listened to Whismur. They'd KO'd him, taken his parents had had a big bird with them, had they? He would have smiled, but the current matter was too serious. He knew a lot about big birds. So, this must be a Pidgeot or Fearow or Starraptor or something. Plus, Whismur's parents; probably Loudred or even Exploud. These baddies knew what they were doing if they had reeled in that catch! He followed Whismur carefully, making sure he didn't walk too fast.
As Whismur walked through the bushes, Connor had to admit the little guy was very brave. Not many Pokémon so young would be able to face the bad guys who'd held his parents hostage. Connor knew that Whismur's parents most likely wouldn't attack their own son, so he was safe from them. It was the bird he was worried about. It was probably they hadn't tamed it, and it would be in a distressed state; it might even attack him! He tried to focus on his mission of helping the Whismur and getting a little taste of revenge on the bad guys as he followed Whismur to face them.

occ/ pokemon hunters are my favorite bad guys ever since seeing the celibii movie i have always loved them, they gave Ash a run for his money
As they got closer to where the Whismur thought the bad guys were slowly but subutaly noises came to ear one of them could be the crys of Whismur's but every so often a cry would ring out. Not the large birds that Conner had thought that the bad men as the Whismur had defined them had captured, but a more exotic cry one that not many people had heard starting out loud then slowly thinning. Few people had heard this cry and even fewer had seen the one who had made it. When they got closer enough they heard another cry then a loud sizzle then the cries stopped.
After the Whismur pulled apart the next pair of bushes they came upon a clearing, with several cages in a clearing in one of the largest cages was a Ho-oh its feathers cover with many burn marks apparently made by the man with the long rod back turned to Conner he wore no purple clothes or jumpsuit (whats team Chaos's uniform?) he had no apparent link with them he wore a long trench coat, gloves, and a fedora to his left was a small house where a few of his apparent helpers were lounging around. It has seemed that Conner has stumbled apon some pokemon hunters.

ooc// I don't watch the episodes/movies, but I think it's good that they gave Ash a run for his money, he's very annoying. Also, I don't know for sure what Team Chaos' uniform is, maybe black with red 'C' like Team Rockets'?
ic// Connor actually snarled on instinct as he saw the Pokémon hunters. They seemed to be seperate from the infamous Team Chaos, yet still a threat. He was tensed up and furious, teeming with balled up rage as he glared at the man with his piercing blood red eyes. How could this man live with himself? It was a cruel, heartless thing to do. Keeping those poor Pokémon in cages was downright wrong. Connor's train of thought ended there, for he then saw what was in one of the cages.
The big bird Whismur had been talking about... Connor had never imagined this. His heart fluttered, skipping a beat as he saw the Ho-oh. Once before he had seen a bird like this, and that Pokémon had ended up sharing his DNA. This was the first time, however, he'd seen an albino Ho-oh. He immedietly felt a kindship with the trapped bird. He felt like snapping out his wings, but of course kept them in so to keep the element of surprise. Turning to the man, he was now even more furious. "You... how could you do this? Release these Pokémon immedietly, or you'll be sorry!" he said, balling his fists and entering a fighting stance. He moved closer to the man, and would attack if he refused.
ooc// I made a sprite for the Ho-oh

occ/dont we all?
"Ah a pokemon trainer," the man said, "How interesting, it also appears that you are a pokemorph too." Then whirling his stick he hit the ground hard with the end of the stick. Where the stick hit it make a crackling noise and spit out sparks into the ground. "This is my Ho-oh and even if you could hurt me I still have this," and looked at the long stick. Sighing he said, "Being hit with the end of this stick could do you harm maybe even fry those feathers off your back." By then the two men by the house noticed and came over one of them was a short man with glasses, and the second was, well not even intimidating as the man with the glasses he was a bit overweight and could hardly pose a threat.
After the small guy and the overweight man came over the guy with the glasses said, "I highly doubt that if you hit him with the shocker 1000 if would fry his feathers off might leave him ko-ed but not featherless." Piping up the pudgy man said, "Were dangerous so you better leave now or face the consequences little man." The man with the red eyes turned to the pudgy one, he was apparently the leader of this group and said, "Shut up did I ask you, on second thought Muncher why don't you teach this guy his lesson." "Ok," said Muncher and picking a pokeball from his belt cried, "Go Munch-Munch!" The pokemon appeared out of the pokeball looked around surveying the scene then tuned to his master for orders. The man after seeing this said, "We win, you leave or else, you win we leave, I may be a bad guy in some opinions but I still keep my word."

ooc// I'm guessing Munch-Munch is a Munchlax, but you didn't say so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I said that Connor was hiding the fact he was a 'morph, but that doesn't matter so much, hehehe.
ic// Connor growled as the men threatened him with some sort of stick-tazer. Wasn't that illegal? Whatever, he highly doubted that taking these people to court right now would save Ho-oh's hide. And his too, it seemed, was in danger. No matter! He would try and help none the less. It seemed he was being challenged to a battle. The grunts would leave if he won? He highly doubted that. Still, he could hardly refuse that sort of offer. He was fairly sure that Ho-oh wouldn't trust him after that sort of treatment with humans, but getting the bad guys out the way would certainly help.
What Pokémon to use? Hinote would be perfect since he was so loyal, but he was tired from the fight with Mala, as was Mala. Matris the Cubone and Ika the Kimiko weren't too confident, so might not have the courage or belief for this. Nox the Stableye wasn't likely to obey. Mizuki the Buizel, however, would be good for the job. He was confident and brave, and while he wasn't the most loyal of Pokémon he would still do a good job. "Mizuki, go! Use Water Gun!" he called, throwing the Pokéball.
The shiny Buizel emerged in the usual flash of red light, taking in the caged Pokémon, breath stopping as he saw the albino Ho-oh. He saw the men, and growled, ready to fight. His eyes locked on Munch-Munch, and Mizuki sent a Water Gun his way.

occ/yes munch-munch is a Munchlax didn't put it in the post
The Munchlax dodged the Water Gun attack by jumping out of the way just in time. Seconds after the attack Muncher (ok name for a overweight man, with a Munchlax, I'm thinking of a real name but nothings coming) ordered his pokemon, "Munch-Munch, use Amnesia then attack with Lick" The Munchlax nodded faced Buizel and used Amnesia, making his special defence rise by two levels, then used psyched himself up then used lick.

Mizuki was surprised a Pokémon as slow as a Munchlax would managed to dodge a Pokémon as fast as a Buizel. He then attempted to dodge the Lick, but failed to do so and was hit. The Lick wouldn't normally have done too much damage, but this one sure was painful! Huh, how terrible. Connor could see clearly that Mizuki had felt that last attack, and thought that they would definately need to sort Munch-Munch's attack stat out. "Mizuki, Growl then Quick Attack, please!" he told his Pokémon.
The Buizel obeyed, feeling Connor's orders sounded like they would be a good idea. He let loose a Growl, the sound ripping the air and hopefully Munch-Munch's attack stat. This should lower it, making his moves less painful. The Water type weasel then locked eyes on his target, ensuring his accuracy before he shot forwards in a lightning-fast Quick Attack.

The Munchlax tried to dodge the attack as he had done with the first one but the quick attack true to its name hit home. The Munchlax staggered backwards a bit with the power of the attack. The Munchlax if you looked closer you could see a bit of metal underneath the fur as the Munchlax staggered back. The Munchlax turning his ear to his master waited for his command.
His Master, was about to say the order, but the man with the long rod intervened saying, "Munch-Munch, use Defense Curl, then use Metronome, its ok I'm the master of Bo, SO OBEY ME NOW!!!" The Munchlax nodded then used Defense Curl, boosting his defense. Next he turned to the Buizel and used Metronome. (Am I spost to say the attack that metronome picked?) What attack would be used?

ooc// It would probably be best if the mod generated the move, since otherwise you might be able to accuse me of cheating. This turn, I used this random number generator (click), setting the numbers to between 1 and 467. I then matched the number generated to moves on this list (click). Ironically enough, I generated 98, which matches to Quick Attack XD
ic// Mizuki and Connor both frowned at the glint of metal beneath Munch-Munch's fur. Wha? Metal in a Munchlax? That wasn't normal. Still, at least the shiny Buizel had landed an attack. Munch-Munch, after upping his defense stat with the Defense Curl, began waggling his fingers in a Metronome. That attack was pretty random, wasn't it? It was taking a risk to use it. The Normal type used a Quick Attack. Mizuki was so startled to see the Munchlax move quickly, it hit. Connor blinked. Wow, two odd sights in one day. An albino Ho-oh and a Munchlax moving not too much slower than Mizuki, with metal in him. "Mizuki, Water Gun again!" he called.
The Water type nodded, a little annoyed that he had let his guard down, however briefly. It had been confusing to see Munch-Munch move so quickly, and since Quick Attack was such a fast move he didn't think he would have been able to dodge it any way. That was a pretty alien postition to be in for him, but that's what happened when adventuring the world. Mizuki shot a powerful Water Gun at Munch-Munch, determined to drive out the bad guys and save the captive Pokémon.

occ/kk
The Munchlax a bit phased by using the move Quick Attack didn't notice the Water Gun coming his way. The Water Gun hit home straight in the chest. The attack drove the Munchlax backwards and a slight sizzle and a puff of smoke came off of him. The Munchlax shook himself off quickly to get the water out of his fur, and no more sizzles of puffs of smoke appeared. The Munchlax turning to Bo seemed worried the man, slightly worried said in a shakey tone, "Munch-munch use Amnesia then Tackle." The Munchlax nodded turned towards Conner and used Amnesia raising his special Defense by 2 levels. Then rushed at Buizel a bit slower than when he dodged the water gun but fast non the less.
